Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse products on goalsk.com, select the required size, color, quantity, or other available options, add the product to your cart, and complete checkout.
Review all product and delivery information before submitting payment.
Can I order by email?
For payment security, standard retail orders should be completed through the official checkout page on goalsk.com.
Customer service can assist with product and order questions, but complete payment-card details must not be sent by email.
How do I know whether my order was successful?
A confirmation email will normally be sent after a successful order is submitted.
Check your inbox and spam folder. If no confirmation arrives, contact sionsfveathhssyx@outlook.com before placing another order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Can I change my order?
Contact sionsfveathhssyx@outlook.com as soon as possible.
Changes may only be available before processing, production, packing, or shipment begins.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation may only be available before processing or shipment begins.
A request is not approved until written confirmation is provided by Goalsk customer service.
Product Availability
How long does processing take?
· In-stock products are usually shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation.
· Products clearly marked as pre-order are usually shipped within 7–10 days after payment confirmation.
A different processing period may apply when clearly stated on the product page.
What does “Unavailable” mean?
An unavailable size, color, or product option cannot currently be purchased.
Please select another available option or contact customer service.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
After shipment, the estimated delivery time is generally 20–30 days.
Delivery may take longer because of customs, public holidays, peak logistics periods, severe weather, local delivery arrangements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Tracking information will normally be sent after shipment.
Tracking may require several business days to become active.
Why has my tracking stopped updating?
Temporary pauses may occur during international transportation, customs inspection, carrier transfer, or local delivery processing.
A temporary lack of updates does not necessarily mean the package is lost.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders or during selected promotions.
Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Can orders arrive in separate packages?
Yes. An order may be divided because of product availability, processing time, package size, or carrier requirements.
Separate packages may arrive on different dates.
Customs and Taxes
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Any tax collected directly by Goalsk will be displayed at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by local authorities or carriers.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days after delivery, subject to the Return Policy.

What condition must a returned product be in?
Returned products must normally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Who pays return shipping?
Responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
For change-of-mind, size, color, or preference-related returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
For a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Goalsk will provide appropriate instructions.
Can I exchange a product?
Eligible exchanges may be available within the return period, subject to product availability and condition.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
Contact sionsfveathhssyx@outlook.com and provide:
· Your order number;
· A description of the issue;
· Clear photographs or videos;
· Photographs of the outer package and shipping label.
Do not discard the product or packaging before the case is reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the applicable review or return inspection.
The time required for funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
Warranty
Eligible products include a 60-day limited warranty against verified manufacturing or quality defects, calculated from the delivery date.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, incorrect care, or unauthorized alteration.
